SWAC if for Senior Students who:
- Are older students (18-20)
- Have an interest in pursuing a career path requiring skills in a particular area (eg. Business, Trades or Human Relations.)
- Have completed 24 or more credits
- May be disengaged from education or have already left school
- May be studying at a workplace, college or university level
- Are motivated to improve work skills and build self-confidence
